The Heritage Collection
Heritage: A Journey Through Wildlife, Culture, Conservation and Place
The Heritage Collection is a series of fine art wildlife photographs celebrating the animals, landscapes and cultures encountered across Africa and India.
Each photograph is paired with a name drawn from a language connected with the place and culture represented in the image. From Shona and Swahili to Runyankore-Rukiga, Setswana, Khoekhoegowab, Otjiherero and Sanskrit-derived Hindi, these names introduce ideas of memory, hope, wisdom, peace, danger, dreams and strength.
The stories behind the photographs draw on local language, cultural traditions, history and conservation knowledge, reflecting the deep and enduring relationship between people and the natural world.
These are not simply portraits of wild animals. They are photographs of places, stories and living heritage—and a reminder of what is worth protecting for generations to come.
10% of proceeds from Heritage Collection fine art print sales is donated to wildlife conservation projects.

Ghosts of the Desert
Ghosts of the Desert: A Study in Endurance and Adaptation
In the shifting light of Namibia's desert, these fine art wildlife photographs capture elephants moving like apparitions—silent, deliberate, enduring. One of only two remaining desert-adapted populations, they navigate a landscape defined by scarcity, memory and time.
These works trace their passage: long migrations between concealed water sources, knowledge carried across generations, and a delicate balance with an unforgiving environment.
Presented as a strictly limited edition, each print exists in a carefully capped number—once complete, no further reproductions will be made. This deliberate constraint reflects not only the rarity of the subject but also preserves the integrity and collectability of each work.
Spare and contemplative, the collection reflects the vulnerability and quiet strength of these elusive giants.
Each piece in this limited-edition series is sustainably printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag.
Crafted from 100% cotton, this museum-quality paper delivers deep blacks, subtle tonal transitions, and a rich colour range, allowing each image to retain its depth and quiet intensity. The gentle texture adds a sense of dimension, enhancing the presence of the work.
Acid- and lignin-free, it meets the highest archival standards, ensuring each print is made to endure over time.

Sue - France

I have purchased twice now from Graham Elliott Photography. I was so pleased with the service and the quality the first time, I also bought a print for my brother for his birthday.
When my own print got misplaced in the post on the way to Australia Graham found out exactly what had happened and replaced my print without hesitation. Would definitely order from him again.
